Moving From Agreement To Action: How Can Collaboratives Contribute?

The Sierra Institute for Community and Environment and the US Forest Service Pacific Southwest Region are hosting a two-day meeting of Forest Collaboratives to further collaborative forest restoration focused on triple-bottom line outcomes (community, economy, environment). We hope you will plan to join us for this gathering as we advance the depth of meaningful Collaborative engagement by exploring how groups can participate in all phases of the forest restoration process. Come prepared to share your ideas and learn from others about how Collaboratives can accelerate the pace and scale of forest restoration!

Sessions include:
•    Collaborative Engagement in Projects: Prioritizing, Planning, and Implementing
•    USFS Environmental Analysis and Decision-making Updates and Roles for Collaboratives
•    State of California’s Investments in Forests
….and more!

This event will be held in the
East Room
Tsakopoulos Library Galleria
Sacramento, CA
